The next time you're feeling tired and stressed out, pull down on your earlobes firmly for a few seconds, or apply firm pressure to the indentation on your nose bridge between your eyebrows using your thumb for several minutes while breathing deeply. Outright quackery. if you really think that there's some mystical pathway in your body (that no one has ever seen) moving some magical chi energy thing around (that no one can detect), and that these mysterious, invisible pathways can get "clogged up" causing you pain/stress ... and on top of all that pushing some specific point completely unrelated to the area of the body you have pain will have any impact, you don't need accupressure, you need to have your head examined.
Interesting, but not sure I'm buying it.
this is very helpfull
