Make your summer memorable by whipping up some ice-cold, homemade soda in the comfort of your own kitchen, then take it along with you during your next picnic or beach trip.
So long as you have seltzer water and a few key ingredients to create the syrup, you can essentially make any soda flavor you can imagine, whether it's something light and citrusy like grapefruit soda, a spicy ginger soda, or the classic cream soda with a scoop of ice cream on top.
When you're adding carbonated water and ice to your soda syrup, be sure that you're using the right kind of carbonated water. For an illustrated breakdown on the different types of carbonated water and their uses, check out my guide on carbonated water.
