Life hack your next outdoor picnic to cool your warmed drinks, keep flies away, and transport food efficiently from your home to your local park.

Mason jars are great for carrying salads, pastas, and other non-finger food meals. Muffin tins can transport a variety of serving-sized condiments and save you the trouble of carrying bulky packages.

Need to keep pesky flies from dropping into your drink? Use muffin liners to cover open glasses, and to keep them from invading your general picnic area, hang a ziplock bag full of water and pennies from a tree branch. Some speculate that the way the light refracts through the bag repels flies.
