Mayonnaise is not exactly the healthiest thing in the world, but it makes for a great household and self-care item, from whitening your yellowing piano keys to adding shine and luster to your dry and brittle hair.

Need to peel off your old bumper stickers from your car? Simply rub a layer of mayo onto the sticker, wait a few minutes and wipe off. Make your houseplant leaves shiny by rubbing a little mayonnaise onto the leaf and then wiping off with a paper towel.

Mayo also is perfect for sunburn relief, removing head lice and exfoliating the dry bottoms of your feet.
