This is really cool. So, using this, I could replace salt with white vinegar! When I first read it I though 'No honey?' was "No money?"

Wow, the soy sauce one is really surprising. Great one, Yumi. The sugar/butter/cornstarch are quite useful.

If you don't have buttermilk you can add 1 tbs lemon juice to 1 cup of milk and let sit for 5 minutes

My mom always use to use Apple Sauce instead of vegetable oil when making cakes and stuff. I guess all it did was make the cake a tad bit thicker. Add it to the list???

I always use apple sauce instead of butter or oil in cakes. It's fat free and vegan!
